A producer for six generations and a guarantor of excellent consistency in production, Michel Huard Calvados is renowned for its vintages. Amber and bright with a lively nose of tangy apples. For the HUARDs, the highest quality eau-de-vie calls for the sculpting of silence and the time of patience. In 2004, Jean-François GUILLOUET took over the family business with the firm intention of honoring the work of his predecessors. The grandson, in a deep emotional relationship of respectful initiation with his grandfather Michel HUARD, who passed away in 2012, has followed in his footsteps since a very young age.
