This Calvados has been aged for at least 20 years. Its deep golden color and powerful, floral nose hints at apple, with a beautiful roundness in the mouth. Its balanced texture will linger for a long time with its distinct apple aromas. The best time to enjoy it? With a chocolate dessert or coffee, preferably a fruity but slightly acidic vintage, such as a Guatemala or Costa Rica.

For the HUARDs, the highest quality eau-de-vie calls for the sculpting of silence and the time of patience. Without ostentatious intervention in the production stages, leaving nature to express its song of possibilities, HUARD Calvados, among the few respected names, appear on the menus of the finest restaurants. In 2004, Jean-François GUILLOUET took over the family business with the firm intention of honoring the work of his predecessors. The grandson, in a deep emotional relationship of respectful initiation with his grandfather Michel HUARD, who passed away in 2012, has followed in his footsteps since a very young age.
