In northern Burgundy, the Chablis vineyard benefits from a cool climate and Kimmeridgian soils rich in marine fossils, giving the wines a unique minerality. The Réserve de Vaudon cuvée from Maison Joseph Drouhin comes from plots located around the famous Moulin de Vaudon, the family’s historic property. This Chablis seduces with its aromatic purity, with notes of lemon, white flowers, and a slight salty touch. The palate is lively, elegant, and perfectly balanced, with a clean, crystalline finish.
