Paul Jaboulet Aîné’s Condrieu “Les Cassines” white is an exceptional cuvée from the Condrieu appellation, located in the northern Rhône Valley. This 100% Viognier wine is grown on steep terraces with biotite-rich granite soils, which contribute to the wine’s finesse and aromatic complexity. The vines, planted between 1993 and 2003, enjoy a south-facing exposure on steep slopes, promoting optimal ripeness and remarkable concentration.

This elegant and structured Condrieu offers a perfect balance between aromatic richness and mineral freshness. On the nose, it opens with intense notes of white flowers, peach, apricot, and citrus, while on the palate, it seduces with its roundness, liveliness, and elegant length. This wine accurately reflects the expertise of Paul Jaboulet Aîné as well as the unique character of the Condrieu terroir, and pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish and delicate Asian dishes.

Founded in 1834 on the Hermitage hill in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate oversees an exceptional winemaking heritage, bringing together the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhône Valley.
