The nose opens with subtle aromas of white flowers, crisp apple, ripe lemon, and a discreet buttery note. On the palate, the wine seduces with its tension, finesse, and balance, with a delicately mineral finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with fine fish, seafood, or poultry in a light sauce.
