Situated between the Alps and the Mediterranean, the southern Rhône Valley offers an ideal climate for producing fresh and expressive white wines. The Côtes du Rhône “Parallèle 45” white reveals a delicate bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and white-fleshed fruits, enhanced by a subtle hint of fennel. The palate is lively, elegant, and well-balanced, with a clean, slightly saline finish. Carefully crafted to preserve all the freshness of the fruit, this wine faithfully reflects the typical character of the Rhône terroir. Founded in 1834 on the Hermitage hill in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate oversees an exceptional winemaking heritage, bringing together the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhône Valley. Today, it oversees 105 hectares of vineyards, stretching from Cornas to Côte-Rôtie, in the heart of the most prestigious appellations of the northern Rhône Valley.

Thanks to precise vinification and meticulous work in the vineyards, the estate crafts tailor-made vintages that accurately express the richness and diversity of their terroirs of origin. Since 2016, all of its wines have been certified organic, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and respect for the environment.
