Located on the heights of Nuits-Saint-Georges, on the edge of the Hautes-Côtes, the “Les Terres Blanches” climate benefits from an ideal exposure and a rare limestone terroir, conducive to the production of great white wines in Burgundy. This Premier Cru reveals a Chardonnay of great purity, with subtle aromas of white flowers, fresh pear and mineral notes evoking wet chalk. The palate is straight, elegant, with a beautiful tension, supported by discreet aging that brings volume and complexity without masking the freshness of the wine. Vinified with care and precision, it embodies a singular and luminous expression of Nuits-Saint-Georges, little known for its whites but nevertheless remarkably expressive here.
