L’Ostal Rosé retains its characteristic, clear, very pale pink color and is adorned with pretty, slightly silvery reflections. Its nose is intense, very fruity with delicious aromas of tangy berries (redcurrant, raspberry) and exotic notes (orange, passion fruit), quite rare. On the palate, the rosé reveals a beautiful freshness with good acidity

In the heart of the village of La Livinière, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, Jean-Michel Cazes (Château Lynch Bages, Grand Cru Classé Pauillac) discovered an exceptional terroir and created Domaine L’Ostal Cazes. This terroir produces wines of character, including this splendid rosé. The color is very pale, bright, and slightly pink. The nose, very complex and very delicate, is a subtle blend of rose petal and grenadine. On the palate, the attack is supple, light, and fresh. On the finish, a pleasant sweetness accompanies the fresh aromas of grenadine for a long time. A great rosé produced by a great House! To be enjoyed as an aperitif with summer salads or grilled poultry.
