The estate’s premium cuvée, produced only in the finest vintages. This white wine comes from the Château’s finest hillsides, on limestone and flint soils. The nose is complex: lemon zest, white flowers, gunflint, with a slightly smoky hint. On the palate, the balance is superb between density, mineral tension, and aromatic precision. The texture is silky, long, almost crystalline. A great Sauvignon Blanc, made for aging and fine dining. It will pair perfectly with lobster, sole meunière, or mature cheese. Already expressive, it will gain even more complexity with a few years in the cellar. A refined wine, worthy of its name.

Perched on a hill overlooking the Loire, Château de Sancerre is one of the appellation’s most iconic estates. Its history dates back to the 15th century, but today it is a modern, demanding estate committed to precision viticulture. The 55 hectares of vines, spread across clay, flint, and limestone terroirs, offer a beautiful diversity of expression. Here, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir find a rare elegance, thanks to careful practices from the vineyard to the cellar. The Château is also the only estate in the appellation to be able to claim the name “Château de Sancerre,” making it a unique reference.
