It offers all the subtlety of a well-made Sancerre red, between lightness and complexity. Drink young, slightly chilled, for maximum pleasure.

Perched on a hill overlooking the Loire, Château de Sancerre is one of the appellation’s most iconic estates. Its history dates back to the 15th century, but today it is a modern, demanding estate committed to precision viticulture. The 55 hectares of vines, spread across clay, flint, and limestone terroirs, offer a beautiful diversity of expression. Here, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir find a rare elegance, thanks to careful practices from the vineyard to the cellar. The Château is also the only estate in the appellation to be able to claim the name “Château de Sancerre,” making it a unique reference. Each cuvée reflects the richness of the soils and the finesse of the Loire climate. A great name in Sancerre, between tradition and excellence.
