Located in Verdigny, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation, Domaine Daulny is a family estate passed down through several generations. Today, François Daulny oversees the estate’s 16 hectares, spread across some twenty plots with varied soils (flint, limestone, white earth). This diversity of terroirs allows for the production of precise, expressive, and typically Sancerre wines. The work in the vineyard is reasoned and meticulous, with a deep respect for nature and tradition.
