Evidence by Caroline is an original creation by Caroline Frey, blending 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from Château La Lagune and 50% Syrah from Domaine de Thalabert in Crozes-Hermitage. This vintage reflects the alliance of two prestigious terroirs, combining Bordeaux finesse and Rhône power. Elegant and balanced, this wine offers beautiful aromatic complexity, ideal for pairing with red meats and spicy dishes. A tribute to Caroline Frey’s expertise and her innovative vision of wine.

Caroline Frey’s estate, located in Fully in the Swiss Valais, is home to a small vineyard called “Mon Jardin Secret” where Petite Arvine is cultivated. Planted on deep soils derived from the colluvium of the Grands Amandiers hillside, this wind-protected plot benefits from an ideal microclimate for this delicate, drought-sensitive grape variety. Since 2016, this cuvée has expressed floral finesse, mineral freshness, and elegance, a faithful reflection of Caroline Frey’s unique terroir and expertise.
